Comprehensive Mental Health Evaluations
At BioniqueMe, we provide thorough psychiatric evaluations to understand your mental health needs deeply. Our assessments consider biological, nutritional, and lifestyle factors, ensuring a holistic view of your well-being. Most of our initial evaluations are 1 - 1.5 hours long. Follow-ups are 30 minutes to 1 hour. Currently, we are cash-based but are working diligently to take insurance. We are hoping to offer an insurance option by the fall of this year (2026). We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Medication Management
We specialize in personalized medication management, tailoring treatments to your unique biology and mental health challenges. Our approach focuses on optimizing your medication for the best outcomes. This may include pharmaceuticals, supplements, or a combination of both to get you feeling well again. We have also completed advanced training in deprescribing from psychotropic medications. If you have been trying unsuccessfully to taper off antidepressants or other medications you started for a mental health concern and would like a guided, individualized approach that focuses on optimizing your body's natural ability to support your deprescribing journey, please schedule a consult with us.

Therapy
Our therapy services are designed to help you explore the underlying causes of your mental health concerns. We employ many evidence-based techniques such as interpersonal therapy, talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, vagal tone, and breathwork to support your journey towards wellness. It is integrated into most visit types.

Nutritional and Lifestyle Counseling
Understanding the impact of nutrition and lifestyle on mental health is crucial. All of the neurotransmitters in our brain - basically the things we feel and how we feel them - come from the food we eat. How we fuel our brain is just as important as the environment we live in. Your genetics play a very important role in how your food turns into the neurotransmitters you need. Because of this, we offer targeted counseling to help you make informed choices that support your individualized mental health well-being.

Genetic Insights and Lab Testing
Our services may include ordering genetic testing and lab assessments to provide deeper insights into your mental health. This personalized approach allows us to tailor treatment plans effectively. Sometimes the testing is covered by insurance. However, the costs of the testing is small compared to a lifetime of not knowing. You can check with your insurance for coverage or use your FSA/HSA to pay the lab. These fees are not charged by or in any way paid back to Bionique, they are through the lab only. There are labs, such as the kryptopyrroles urine test that is only done through DHA labs, however, other labs, such as your vitamin D or thyroid panel (and many other blood tests that we order) can be done at whatever lab you choose, or one your insurance is contracted to.
